* Please mow lawn a couple of days before the event. This will insure a timely set-up.

*Please remove all animal feces from area to be set up.

*Please turn off sprinkler system until after our equipment has been removed.

*Please DO NOT use duct tape, electrical tape or masking tape for any part of the tent or chairs. These leave residue on equipment. We appreciate your consideration.

*Please remove all tape, balloons, and streamers from the set up.

*All items are cleaned between usage. Please keep rented equipment as clean as possible. This enables us to provide you with nice equipment, better service, lower prices, and return service in the future.

*Equipment is usually picked up by the next day. On occasion, the equipment may be left for a few days due to bad weather.

*Set up times are usually the day before the event - in some instances we can work around your party

*You can call us anytime and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
